Our certificate, signed by Coravin founder Greg Lambrecht and dated 12 October 2026, recognises "exceptional knowledge and commitment to delivering unforgettable wine experiences by-the-glass." The Guide says it reviews each venue independently, focusing on the ambition and depth of what venues pour by the glass, and that no venue pays to be included.
