EDDY + WOLFF is a loud environment by design and plays a range of music genres from R&B through to explicit Hip-Hop.
We kindly request that all guests honour these reservation time limits. This helps us ensure a seamless dining experience and allows us to accommodate other patrons joining us later in the evening. Due to the intimate dining space, we are unfortunately unable to cater to younger guests. All bookings of 5 people or more are required to dine from The Wolff Chef's banquet menu. The majority of our dining is situated around the bar, unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the booth, however, we will try to accommodate all requests where possible. Please note that due to the old nature of the building, the only accessible restrooms are located upstairs.

We Require All Bookings To Supply A “Credit Card Guarantee”
Regrettably, past encounters have necessitated this policy. This is to assist in mitigating potential losses due to late cancellations or no-shows.
Please be assured that this policy aims to ensure a stable and sustainable business environment for Eddy + Wolff.
Cancellation Policy All Bookings - The below will be charged for "Late Cancellations" or "No Shows"
Less Than 24hrs Notice – $75pp
Decrease In Party Size – $75pp (without prior notice)
Please note when a Set Menu is operated, the full menu price will be charged
Dining Allocation Times
Please note due to the dining etiquette of Eddy & Wolff we offer multiple sittings per service which does require us to operate strict vacate times, however if your tables is not re-booked, we will let you know and are welcome to stay longer.

Due to our small and intimate setting our venue is not suitable for babies, highchairs, prams or young guests
Tables will be held for a maximum of 15 mins, if you are running late please do let us know. Unfortunately we cannot extend your original vacate time
Booth seating is prioritised for larger group bookings and guests requiring wheelchair access
As bookings of 10 or more occupy over 50% of the venue they do require a minimum on 7 days notice to cancel
While we endeavour to honour all requests, unfortunately these cannot be guaranteed
15% Surcharge will be applied on Public Holidays
1.65% VISA/MC or $0.30 CHQ/SAV surcharge will be applied upon payment
7.5% Service charge for group of 8 or more
